Radim experience in the Allergy field

Radim activities have been dedicated to the allergy field since 1986.
In the last 25 years its competence and experience have grown passing through the RAB® System - 1986, a coated bead method based on the traditional approach of solid phase allergens, till CARLA®-SYSTEM (Capture Assay Radim Liquid Allergens) - 1993, a “capture” method, with liquid phase allergens and unique solid phase for both standards and samples, designed for total automation.

Since then CARLA®-SYSTEM has continuosly evolved, thanks to Radim's commitment to fulfill the user's need for a sensitive, precise and user friendly diagnostic system.

Along side these methods Radim R&D Department has developed three generations of automated equipments for microplate ELISA testing to achieve the highest evolution in microplate automation: ALISEI, ARIO, BRIO, BRIO 2 and the newest BRIO 2 PLUS.

In 2010, following the latest market request, further imrpovements have been made to the Radim Allergy Line:

• Analytical performance implementation
• A wider panel of allergens introduction
• New automation features

The outcome of this development is the new Allergen System Line.
