The RADIM service offers you three different contracts – just find the one that suits you.

Our specially trained staff are located under the central phone number +49 (0)761 4581-142 from Monday to Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm and Friday, 8 am to 2.30 pm,available for technical issues and user advice.

And if a service deployment on site is necessary, our service technician will visit you on the same day if possible, but at the latest – if called until 5 pm -on the next business day.

Trainings

Our customers, their employees and users are trained in the diagnostic products and the use of the equipment and supported during their entire life. The courses take place in the RADIM technical center in Freiburg or on request directly on site. An experienced team of technicians and application specialists is available for this purpose, with individually adapted programs that include both theoretical training and practical exercises.

Technical service

A highly qualified team takes care of the daily laboratory trouble shooting by providing technical and scientific support. Our experienced service technicians are available both nationally and internationally to address any equipment issue.
Our efficient team is able to identify any type of technical or user-specific problem and solve them directly on site if necessary.
